This property offers self-check-in only. You need to have a smartphone with battery and internet connection; no physical keys are used. Please note that check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your arrival, once your check-in registration is complete. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bag. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the house if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of €200 minimum for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 eurosThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
