We offer basic items for your first days: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dish soap and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linens during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the accommodation if available. If our team detects evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to apply a minimum fine of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy will apply to public services, with a limit of €80.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
