The processing of group bookings is subject to a supplement of EUR 2,000 per flat. This is payable at the time of booking (this amount is added to the selected rate). This establishment does not allow bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations. All guests must be in possession of a valid identification document, they will be required to complete the registration of travelers required by the Ministry of the Interior. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. For stays of less than 10 nights, a damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This must be paid by credit card. The amount will be refunded in full to the credit card within 7 days after check-out, after verification of the good condition of the accommodations. For stays of more than 11 nights, a damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. This must be paid by credit card. The amount will be fully refunded to the credit card within a maximum of 30 days after check-out, once the good condition of the accommodations has been verified. You will be charged 3,00 EUR daily for utilities such as power & water.
